About Me
The story behind Still She
Born from deeply personal experience — antenatal depression, postpartum depression, birth trauma, and identity loss — Still She exists to ensure no woman feels alone in the perinatal journey.

My Story
A journey that started with one mother
The perinatal period of a woman's life is one of the most vulnerable stages — and that was the same for me. It was my own experience with antenatal depression, postpartum depression, birth trauma, postnatal PTSD, and identity loss that inspired me to create a company that focuses solely on helping women going through similar experiences and making the journey easier for them.
In July 2025, four months postpartum, I began creating Still She and searching for courses to better support women. In February 2026, my education began with Level 3 Perinatal Mental Health, Birth Trauma, and Postnatal PTSD — which I passed in May. As I waited for my results, I turned my focus to training as a Perinatal Wellness Practitioner.
As I continue expanding Still She, my education will continue with Level 4 Perinatal Mental Health, Birth Trauma, and Postnatal PTSD — taking me to an Advanced Trauma-Informed Practitioner and allowing me to hold sessions that are fully trauma-informed.

Our Values
What guides everything we do
Compassion
We approach every mother with empathy, understanding that each journey is unique and deserving of unconditional support.
Empowerment
We believe in giving mothers the tools and confidence to navigate their own path, on their own terms.
Authenticity
We create safe spaces where mothers can be honest about their experiences without judgement.
Please note: my qualifications do not allow me to assess and diagnose perinatal mental health disorders or illnesses, nor to conduct therapy sessions such as CBT. My sessions are peer support and wellness-focused. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or your GP.
